The item was not brand new; it had been opened, damaged, and subsequently returned. Evidently, it had not been inspected prior to its dispatch to me. Apologies were offered, but no compensation was provided, and no replacement was available as it was out of stock. Consequently, I was required to take the item to the post office, as they were unwilling to collect it from my address. The service and attitude provided were extremely poor. It is highly probable that this experience has resulted in my loss as a customer.
